DELIVERY: Allow 24-48 hours for processing prior to shipment. Auto ship items, ships in three (3) weeks. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order. Glowsom does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. Please contact carrier for any lost packages.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide.

If you do not love your hair, we will exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at email@example.com. Your e-mail should include your order number.
If you are not completely happy with your hair before it is installed, we will refund your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition. Just email at us: firstname.lastname@example.org
