TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order at Glowsom, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Glowsom for the sale and supply of any products No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Glowsom and will not be shared with other third parties.
Payment Terms
All products remain to Glowsom property until full payment is made. We accept all major credit cards and your card will be charged immediately as soon as you complete your order. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order.
If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Glowsom.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Returns & Exchange Policy: Buy RISK FREE with easy Returns & Exchanges.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your Glowsom hair before it is installed, we will refund your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in the original condition. Just email us:info@glowsom.com
Exchanges: If you do not love your Glowsom hair after it is installed, we will exchange it within 30 days of purchase, just email us: info@glowsom.com
International Shipments
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, special paper work, taxes and fees charged by your government. Invoices are sent with all shipments.
Eligibility to purchase
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Delivery of Items
For in stock items/lengths, allow 24-48 hours for processing prior to shipment, once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order. Out of Stock and Custom orders, AUTO SHIP three (3) weeks, once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order. Glowsom does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Waiver
No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
